If you are just starting out with sustainability or just need to become compliant here is how we can help:

  1. Ecolabelling Certification – having options to get your product certified with different certification schemes doesn’t always make it easier.  What are the requirements, what level of certification do we need, which scheme is a best going to promote our product?  We’ve worked with AFRDI, GECA and Global GreenTag and can help you understand the benefits and possible challenges with each certification scheme AND help you reach the highest level of certification (Level A).
  2.  ISO14001 EMS Certification - Implementation of ISO14001 EMS can be tricky, time consuming and confusing.  We’ve had 8 years’ experience working with product manufacturers. We can do the full implementation project management, assist you, and or provide you with tools and templates for implementation.
  3. ISO14001 2015 Transition - Companies have a 3 year transition period to certify to the new ISO14001: 2015 standard. There have been some fairly substantial changes, but the revised standard has some good environmental benefits. We can help you with ideas, tools and implementation right up to recertification.
  4. Sustainable Supply chain Management - There is a growing need for integrating Suppliers Code of Conduct with suppliers, particularly suppliers who are operating in developing nations. Supply Chain Management is about working with suppliers to encourage safe working practices, no human or labour rights abuses and compliance with environmental management. A sustainable supply chain sees a clear competitive advantage for early adopters and process innovators.
  5. Social responsibility practices - Social responsible business practices are varied and many, and include; developing internal labour and human rights practices (anti-discrimination, behavioural conduct, workplace health and safety, freedom of association, fair work etc), subscribing to the UN Global Compact, GRI Reporting (Global Reporting Initiative).
  6. Sharing your sustainability story- Sharing your story, educating your staff, your clients can be challenging, getting your story across so it will be heard is quite a skill.  We can help you avoid ‘greenwash’ and ‘green fatigue’ to engage your clients so you stand out from the crowd.
